I work integratively, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. This may include Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, or Person-Centred therapy. For you, this means sessions are not one-size-fits-all. We’ll explore together what feels most useful, whether that’s focusing on patterns in your relationships, managing difficult emotions, or learning to treat yourself with more kindness.
